Priced at your affiliate rates. Tolls, parking and driver gratuity are extra. Dispatch confirms the final price when the trip is booked.

How we price affiliate work
The same rules our dispatch team uses when they build your quote in UMS.
Higher of hourly or mileage
Each single-day trip is priced both ways: hours × hourly rate, and miles × mileage rate. You pay whichever is higher.
Minimums
Each vehicle has a minimum number of hours and a minimum charge (see the rates table).
Deadhead
The first 15 min / 12 mi each way from our yard is free. Past that, drive time is billed hourly and counts toward the minimum.
Fuel surcharge
10% of the base charter.
Multi-day
Trips of two or more days use the daily rate per vehicle, per day. Overnight driver lodging is confirmed by dispatch.
SPAB school trips
SPAB-certified trips add 10% to the base charter, before fuel.
